Sustainability Governance Framework

Recognizing the importance of corporate sustainability, ITTS has established a Sustainability Steering Committee responsible for formulating sustainability policies and promoting their implementation within the organization. This initiative reflects our commitment to embedding the principles of sustainable development into ITTS's corporate culture.

To address the broad scope of sustainability—encompassing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions—the committee operates through several dedicated working groups. These groups, in collaboration with responsible departments, gather stakeholder input on key topics such as environmental protection, occupational health and safety, supply chain management, labor and human rights, operational performance, and corporate governance. In line with our respect for stakeholder rights, a dedicated Stakeholder Engagement section has been set up on the company website to respond to material sustainability issues raised by our stakeholder

To enhance the execution of sustainability initiatives, the Sustainability Steering Committee holds at least one meeting annually and reports on implementation progress to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.

Sustainability Policy

While pursuing sustainable business operations and profitability, ITTS adheres to the principle of materiality and actively implements sustainability initiatives. This approach aligns with global trends that promote a balanced development across environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) aspects, while also respecting the rights and interests of stakeholders. These principles are incorporated into the company’s management strategies and daily operations to achieve long-term sustainable development.

Accordingly, ITTS has established a Corporate Sustainability Practice Framework, grounded in four core principles:

  • Implement corporate governance

  • Establish an effective corporate governance structure

  • Strengthen the functions of the Board of Directors

  • Respect the rights and interests of stakeholders

  • Develop a sustainable environment

  • Promote energy saving and carbon reduction

  • Implement environmental protection and green operations

  • Safeguard social welfare

  • Comply with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

  • Care for society and promote community development

  • Strengthen corporate sustainability information disclosure

  • Enhance the transparency of corporate sustainability information
